Schools Gardening Competition – Monday 11th May 2026
Garden Competitions – Friday 17th July 2026
Floral Art, Bonsai & SWI Competitions – Friday 7th August 2026

All other sections in the schedule can be entered on the day of staging (14th August) or you can send pre-entries to the Secretary (details below)

Staging Times
All exhibits should be brought to the Corn Exchange, St Catherine Street, Cupar, Fife KY15 4BT on Friday 14th August 2026 between 12 noon and 9.45pm.

Baking Exhibits can be staged on Friday 14th August from 12noon – 9.45pm or on Saturday morning, 15th August between 7.00am and 7.30am.

On arrival at the venue, please report to the Show Office, which is located in the Burn’s Room on the first floor (to the side of the upper hall), where you can drop off your entry form and collect your exhibitor cards.

Charity of the Year

Our Charity of Year is Lucky Ewe, which provides placements for young people with additional support needs of ant kind, to give them the chance to gain experience in farming and the outdoos, at their 70-acre site just outside Cupar.
