Floral Art & SWI Competitions – Friday 8th August 2025 All other sections in the schedule can be entered on the day of staging (15th August) or you can send pre-entries to the Secretary (details below)
Once completed, please send your entry form together with the correct payment, to the Secretary, prior to the Show:

Staging Times
All exhibits should be brought to the Corn Exchange, St Catherine Street, Cupar, Fife KY15 4BT on Friday 15th August 2025 between 12 noon and 9.45pm.
Baking Exhibits can be staged on Friday 15th August 2025 12noon – 10pm or on Saturday 16th August 2025 between 7.00am and 7.30am.
On arrival at the venue, please report to the Show Office, which is located in the Burn’s Room on the first floor (to the side of the upper hall), where you can drop off your entry form and collect your exhibitor cards.

Charity of the Year
Our Charity of Year is Cupar Youth Café. The Café, located at 1 Castlehill, is a venue offering people of secondary school age a comprehensive range of activities designed to stimulate personal and social development. The Charity has a vision of inclusive opportunities where young people can be heard, listened too and respected, to offer a sense of belonging and inclusivity alongside the opportunity to engage positively across the seven National Youth Work Outcomes.
